Purpose The position reports to the Long Term Planning Superintendent and is responsible for the delivery of Underground long‑term mine planning work packages. This includes long‑term planning aspects of business planning (from year 2 to Life of Mine) and support of site‑based studies and projects.
Responsibilities
Work in collaboration with all site functions to determine plan and design input parameters and assumptions for Life of Mine.
Generate timely and accurate Long Term Planning work packages for the site, including:
Reserves and resource estimation, planning and annual MRMR reporting
Strategic mine plans and option scenarios to support the Business Plan
Business Plan physicals and associated documentation for the +2 year to Life of Mine plan, in collaboration with the short‑term planning team, Chief Engineer and Chief Geology
Maintain Life of Mine plans, incl...
