Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Operate lorry cranes safely and efficiently to lift, load, transport, and unload goods or equipment at various worksites.
- Perform lifting operations in compliance with safety regulations, lifting plans, and supervisor’s instructions.
- Ensure proper positioning and stabilisation of the crane before operations.
- Conduct pre‑operation checks and routine maintenance to ensure the crane and vehicle are in safe working condition.
- Transport goods to assigned locations according to delivery schedules.
- Assist with manual loading/unloading tasks when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and crane equipment.
- Promptly report any equipment defects, safety hazards, accidents, or near misses to the supervisor.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
