Opportunity Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides fundamental nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. LPNs play a critical role in delivering day-to-day healthcare services, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients in a variety of settings such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and home health environments.Key Responsibilities:1. Provide direct bedside care including bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing, and repositioning patients.2. Administer oral, topical, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications as prescribed.3. Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other patient metrics regularly.4. Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in a patient’s condition to RNs or physicians.5.
