The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years in luxury hotel operations, including 5 years at a management level, and must be fluent in English. Key responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, mentoring department heads, and participating in health inspections.

This role requires a strong commitment to excellence and an understanding of Forbes standards in hospitality. Experience in the cruise industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
