This role is critical in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of high-end residential projects, ensuring value for money and effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Cost Management & Control: Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for luxury residential projects.
• Contract Administration: Review, prepare, and negotiate construction contracts, variations, and claims while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
• Procurement & Tendering: Manage the tender process, evaluate bids, and select suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best value and quality.
