Responsibilities

• Building and reviewing detailed financial models, including operating models, DCFs, merger and accretion/dilution analyses, valuation frameworks, and sensitivities.
• Performing valuation work using DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions and other relevant sector-specific approaches.
• Preparing high-quality client materials, including pitch books, strategic reviews, management presentations, information memoranda, board materials and internal approval documents.
