Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a
Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer
building production-grade AI solutions across LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise GenAI applications.
This role sits within an agile AI & ML engineering environment focused on developing scalable AI systems from experimentation through to deployment.
What you’ll be working on: Building and deploying LLM-powered applications Developing RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows Creating multi-agent systems with tool/function calling capabilities Optimising prompts, reasoning workflows, and model performance Collaborating closely with engineering, platform, and data teams to productionise AI solutions
Ideal background: 3–6 years
in ML Engineering, Applied AI, Data Science, or AI Engineering Strong Python engineering skills Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI systems Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar frameworks Exposure to production deployment, APIs, cloud environments, MLOps, o...
