**Machine Operator – Wire Recycling Production Line**
**Pay:** $20.00 per hour
**Schedule:** Sunday through Thursday, 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our wire recycling production team. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager and plays a key role in achieving company goals related to safety, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Set up machines for production (calibration, cleaning, etc.)
+ Operate and maintain wire processing equipment efficiently
+ Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
+ Maintain attention to detail in all operations
+ Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials
+ Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
+ Meet production goals (chop rates, changeover times, etc.)
