• This role owns shop-floor leadership, productivity enforcement, quality accountability, and downtime resolution.
• This role is expected to be highly visible in the shop , actively directing work and driving measurable improvements in utilization and throughput.
• This is not an office-only role.
• Key Responsibilities Lead daily machine shop operations and workflow prioritization.
• Enforce productivity standards and execution discipline.
• Establish leader standard work, including walk-throughs, quality checks, and labor verification.
• Ensure accurate job clock-ins and labor tracking in coordination with HR.
• Drive cross-training to improve labor flexibility.
