Madrid HR Business Partner (Temp)

Alsglobal is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for its Madrid office on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. This role will serve as a vital HR partner to both leadership and employees, aligning HR strategies with business goals and promoting a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of Spanish labor law. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is also required.
