We are looking for an Email Operations Engineer with hands-on experience in Linux and mail server operations (Postfix preferred). This role involves a mix of: - Day-to-day email operations - Basic to intermediate troubleshooting (L1/L2) - Log analysis on mail servers - Supporting and improving email delivery performance The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with mail logs, DNS configurations, and email protocols, while also handling user-level issues when required.

Key Responsibilities

Email Operations & Monitoring: - Monitor inbound and outbound email traffic - Troubleshoot delivery issues (delays, bounces, deferrals, spam filtering) - Track email performance and reputation Mail Server & Log Analysis: - Analyze mail logs (/var/log/maillog, /var/log/mail.Log) - Work with Postfix queues - Debug SMTP issues - Use tools like grep, awk, sed, zgrep
