Opportunity Description

We currently have a permanent opportunity available for Maintainer Operator based at Callide Power Station in Biloela. Reporting to the Team Leader Ash Operations, you will safely operate, maintain and care for the Callide Fly Ash processing plant. Your day-to-day tasks include operation of the ash processing plant, maintenance of plant equipment, sampling and testing/recording ash quality and liaising with power station personnel.


Roster

  • 38-hour work week

  • Monday to Friday 

  • Weekend shifts and afternoon/evening shift covers when required

  • Contribute to a safe work environment for self and others, actively participating in safety meetings, observations and toolbox talks. Comply with Power Station & Cement Australia SHEQ policies and procedures

  • Operate and perform scheduled and reactive maintenance of ash process related equipment including pneumatic conveying equipment, air classifier and pumps
