Maintenance Engineer

1. Prepare the monthly /yearly preventive maintenance program calendar and undertake the scheduled maintenance.

2. Support the PAN India team with basic maintenance activities.

3. Ensure and maintain the machines PM checklist for all branches every month.

4. Respond to emergency breakdowns and diagnose faults.

5. Responsible for the electrical and mechanical designing, installation, and commissioning of upcoming new equipment.

6.Providing technical support and training on new equipment to production workers.

7. Follow up with service vendors and maintain their service reports.

8. Responsible for BESCOM records, compliance report submissions, and plant inspection activities

9.Spares and Inventory control.

10. Coordinate with the purchasing and quality departments to ensure that the spares meet their standard technical specifications.
