In this position, you will:
Manage all system support and maintenance services activities and maintenance personnelEnsure the maintenance team understands the scope of work and services requirementsExecute and manage all activities of system support and maintenance servicesResponsible for all maintenance issues of the systemIdentify and propose resolutions of all technical problems found in the systemProvide round-the-clock 7x24 technical support for any incidents escalated from the role of maintenance support specialists and/or client-sideTo be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
