Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer position entails maintaining the physical environment (inside/outside) for assigned buildings, executing work orders, performing landscaping duties, and ensuring the building is clean and stocked with supplies.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replacing light bulbs, ballast, outlets, switches)
• Survey the building and repairs ensuring consistency with health and safety standards. Knowledge of EPA, OSHA and NEC regulations are a plus.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Provide preventative maintenance of HVAC systems (air handler coils cleaned, replace filters and belts)
