Position Summary:

As Maintenance Engineer supporting our manufacturing client in Savannah, GA, you ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of plant assets. You define and lead processes and systems for providing a proper response to failures and quality repairs to the equipment by specifying repairs and modifications to equipment.



Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance procedures, methods, and testing


• Support craftsmen performing all facets of maintenance work and responding to equipment faults


• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns


• Specify replacement parts and ensuring the equipment is functioning correctly


• Assist Planners in the development of Work Packages


• Inspect jobs to verify the work is performed correctly
