Maintenance Engineer

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our dedicated team at Pact Packaging NZ Temuka. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is critical to ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all manufacturing equipment, site services, and infrastructure.

You will play a key role in executing preventative maintenance, diagnosing faults, and responding to unplanned stoppages to maintain 100% factory uptime. This position also supports automation initiatives, infrastructure upkeep, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance using MEX, ensuring equipment reliability and recommending critical spare parts.
