Overview

Job Title: Maintenance Foreman
 
Hire Resolves client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Foreman to join their team in Koedoeskop, Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, as well as excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including mechanics, electricians, and plumbers
  • Create and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and facilities
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and facilities as needed
  • Order and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
