The HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician primarily responsible is for the repair and general maintenance of apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

The HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician should have all current HVAC certifications.

The HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician responds to our resident's service needs and is instrumental in helping Arcan deliver superior customer service to our residents.
