Mechanic III

Responsibilities:  Perform unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment. Works under supervision of an employee of higher grade who assigns duties and reviews work effectiveness and conformance to instructions.  Mandatory snow removal and other on-call duties.

Qualifications: General knowledge of building maintenance. Ability to read and understand written instructions.  Ability to follow oral instructions.
