Maintenance Operations Lead - Safety & Efficiency

SMC Repairs & Maintenance in the Philippines is seeking a Registered and Licensed Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineer to supervise maintenance activities at assigned plant areas. This role demands a minimum of one year of experience in facilities maintenance and strong leadership capabilities.

The engineer will oversee inventory control of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) while ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance. Willingness to be assigned in Sta. Cruz, Darong and Hagonoy, Davao del Sur is essential.
