Maintenance Service Engineer

Duties

• Conduct maintenance (Checklist Services) on CNC machine tools at customer sites throughout JHB, DBN, CPT and PE.
• Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Work within a cross-functional team for excellent customer service
• Train customers to operate and machines to ensure maximum productivity
• Act as a Retecon and Puma Machine Tools ambassador promoting our products and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable their business success
• Document customer machine information and technical conditions and make improvement suggestions
