Maintenance Supervisor

Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor – Ensure safe, reliable operation of heavy industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate work orders in accordance with the designated planning flow process.
• Assess work priority, develop work scopes, and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and improve equipment reliability through effective maintenance and equipment upgrades.
• Gather accurate estimates of repair time, crew size, and costs of repair.
• Investigate equipment failures and troubleshoot problems, responding to emergency situations on a 24/7 basis.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Millwright Journeyman certification or equivalent mechanical trade certification.
• Solid understanding of safe work practices and safety regulations.
• Supervisory experience in cement manufacturing environment preferred.
