Opportunity Description
Role: Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor (70% hands on & 30% management - biased to hands on)
Salary: £50,000 annum plus benefits and opportunities for further development and training
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm (start/finish times are somewhat negotiable) - flexibility required
Location: Commutable from Portsmouth, Fareham, Southampton, Winchester, Ringwood, Havant and surrounding areas

We are currently recruiting for a large, new and modern factory and company who are on the look-out for a Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor who's strengths are in staff management; leading, motivating, supporting, coordinating and driving teams to meet business and operational objectives.
