Maintenance Supervisor

One of our automotive clients is looking for Maintenance Supervisor in KWC region for their Tier1 & Tier2 manufacturing facility.

Pay – $90K‑100K

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and support maintenance team operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
• Minimize equipment downtime and support production efficiency
• Assign work orders and monitor maintenance tasks completion
• Track machine downtime and maintenance performance metrics
• Maintain maintenance records, repair history, and technical documentation
• Support installation, relocation, and upgrades of production equipment
• Manage spare parts inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
