Maintenance Supervisor

A leading FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) manufacturer rooted in South Africa, specializing in housewares and hardware has an urgent vacancy for a Maintenance Supervisor. This pivotal role involves enhancing production and manufacturing plant efficiencies to maintain seamless production processes.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• Completed Matric Certificate
• Non-trade tested N2 certification, in either fitter or fitter and turner
• Minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in machine changeovers, setups, programming, and minor fault finding within the FMCG environment
• Must be available to work full shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, or adapt to future shift patterns as required
