Job Description :

• Delivery change management initiatives to improve efficiency of operation: maximize overall equipment efficiency (OEE), minimize down day over runs and maximize quality of maintenance work.
• Ensure that results meet business plan targets
• Manage the Plant services team via providing them all with clear and measureable objectives, provide technical training where applicable for the team,
• In charge of network with other Asean countries and share best practices among the group.
• Set up, manage and control budgets of Plant Services Dept, provide cost control measurement and cost reduction achievements
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure that complies with government standards.
• Making team members aware of environmental issues, promoting conservation and sustainability, and enhancing the employee’s awareness of good environment through training and interpreting government regulations.
