Maintenance Team Lead – Robotics & PLC (3-Shift)

M-Tec Engineering Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join their facility in Warwickshire. The successful candidate will lead a maintenance team, supervise operations, and implement their knowledge of robotics and PLC systems.

The role requires previous manufacturing experience and a recognised engineering apprenticeship. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and excellent electrical and mechanical skills.
