Maintenance Team Leader

We're on the lookout for a driven and hands‑on Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join a fast‑paced, high‑volume manufacturing operation near Banbury. Working across a 3‑shift rotation (mornings, afternoons, and nights), you'll play a pivotal role in keeping production running at peak performance. You'll lead from the front—providing expert maintenance support, guiding your team, and ensuring equipment reliability to minimise downtime and maximise output. This is more than just a maintenance role. It's an opportunity to take ownership of plant performance, champion continuous improvement, and make a real difference on the shop floor.
