As a Maintenance Technician I, you are the foundation of the maintenance team. You support property upkeep, complete routine repairs, and build essential trade skills that prepare you for advancement within multifamily maintenance.

Compensation: $24 to $26/hour, based on experience, plus potential to earn renewal bonuses!
