Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Kansas City, MO
Hours/Schedule: 2nd Shift TBD
Compensation: $29/hour
Performs maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment to reduce downtime and support operational efficiency. This role troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems while ensuring compliance with safety, OSHA, and GMP standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in industrial maintenance.
Responsibilities:
+ Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs on production equipment
+ Troubleshoot machinery, PLC systems, and facility support equipment
+ Inspect, test, and validate repairs; complete and document work orders
+ Assist with equipment changeovers and line startups
+ Maintain parts inventory and ensure equipment readiness
+ Follow all safety procedures and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
