Maintenance Technician

SUMMARY: Large Apartment Community in Plainsboro, NJ area is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities include but are not limited to helping to maintain the grounds and buildings, preparing apartments for new residents, completing service requests for existing residents and assisting in snow removal.

Experience and strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances is required. HVAC knowledge is required and HVAC and EPA certification is preferred.
