- Carry out building maintenance
- Prepare, plan and execute the improvement or modification
- Prepare and organize repairs (tools, equipment, materials, handling equipment)
- Carry out first-level mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs in the shortest possible time
- After analysis, propose solutions or technical modifications to avoid recurrence of problems
- Execute assigned tasks by planning and mitigating unsafe acts and conditions to ensure a safe working environment
- 2 years professional experience in the role
- Management experience: with similar dimensions
