Job purpose The Maintenance Technician supports the daily maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, unit turns, inspections, and grounds upkeep.

Depending on community size, this role may report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor or work alongside an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor.
