Responsibilities
:- Monitor pre-requisite completions and pre-class preparation, to include equipment availability, system login, training materials, etc.- Responsible for entering enrollments into the Learning Management System and mapping related Learning Plans. - Perform class audits for enrollment fulfillment.- Single Point of Contact for metrics reporting, associate and management questions and needs.- On day of sessions, monitor attendance and escalate no shows or other class set up issues such as lack of supplies, login issues for virtual, etc. - Leader observation, problems solved in a timely manner.- Other projects/tasks as assigned.Ready to Apply?
