Description

Position available for mature person who is experienced in residential maintenance including, daily maintenance, general repair, sanitation disposal and upkeep. Experience in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting and plastering is preferred. Ability to communicate in English and have a valid NY or NJ driver’s license required, own car preferred. Willingness to drive agency van required. Full time and part time opportunities available to work in several apartments in Boro Park and Flatbush. ​

Salary: $24.00 per hour
