To support this demand, we are seeking a motivated Property Buyer’s Agent to join our established team.

The Role

This is not a traditional real estate position.

We operate a unique, client-focused model where we exclusively represent buyers. Rather than listing properties, we act in the best interests of our clients throughout the purchasing journey, collaborating with a curated network of boutique agencies across Mallorca.

You will work with qualified international clients and guide them through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Your Profile

• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (including German or Spanish) are a plus
• Previous experience in real estate or a client-facing sales role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
