Managed Services (MSP) Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Managed Services Engineer to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-tenant environments anda proven track record of resolving complex incidents and delivering successful projects.This role requires an expert-level understanding of cloud, networking, and securityprinciples, with a focus on providing top-tier support for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Incident and Problem Management: Serve as a Tier 3/4 escalation point, responsible for triaging and resolving critical P1-P2 incidents. This includes issues related to identity, mail flow, networking, endpoint security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Architect and manage cloud environments in AWS. This includes designing and implementing VPC, Security Groups, and NACLs; configuring and optimizing EC2, RDS, NLB/ALB, and WAF; and hardening IAM policies. Utilize CloudWatch and CloudTr...
