General Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-star properties
• Own transport
• Valid driver’s licence essential
• Strong leadership & time management skills
• Creative problem-solvers with initiative
• Ability to work independently
• Warm, outgoing personalities with excellent guest interaction skills

Role 1 Requirements

• Level 1 Marine Guide Qualification (or Level 1 with Marine completed within 6 months)
