Opportunity Description
- Conceptualise, plan and execute management and staff-focused events for Division based on requirements, objectives and target audience
- Ideate new ways to enhance existing events and develop campaigns in line with the company’s direction to engage our staff effectively
- Work with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Operations, Resources, Group) to drive events deliverables and execute events efficiently
- Liaise and coordinate with venue management, caterers, contractors on equipment and logistics hire to support event requirements
- Plan, design and develop internal communication platforms through creative design of publicity collateral work and digital media strategies ie. Newsletter, Social Media Content and Communication Channels
- Plan and coordinate relevant training and courses for staff development and skillset upgrade
