Job Summary:

The MIS Specialist for Global Delivery Resource Center is responsible for delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and talent market intelligence to support hiring of highly specialized roles such as AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and large-scale data operations teams. This role translates complex recruitment data into actionable insights, enabling faster hiring, better quality of hire, and competitive positioning in the global AI talent market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Analytics

· Analyze hiring funnel metrics for (e.g., sourcing → screening → technical assessment → offer → hire)

· Track niche KPIs such as:

o Technical assessment pass rates (e.g., coding, ML, RLHF tasks)

o Offer acceptance rates for scarce talent

o Time-to-fill for critical roles (AI/ML, Data Engineering)
