Opportunity Description
Manager Administration
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative functioning across our manufacturing facilities. Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to facility management, employee conduct, and workplace discipline. Implement and supervise loss prevention mechanisms to safeguard company assets. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Maintain industrial harmony by proactively addressing grievances and fostering healthy labour relations. Supervise security teams to ensure workplace safety, loss prevention, and coordinate with local authorities and government bodies as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience of 8 - 10 years in handling administrative functions and labour relations backed by Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Candidates having a Defence background will be given preference.
