Responsibilities
- Independently provide corporate secretarial services to clients.
- Involved in the smooth running of operations of the teams, including design of new processes or systems and/or improvement of existing processes or systems.
- Oversee/mentor junior members of the team.
- Work scope includes:
- Handling a portfolio of clients and a full range of activities including, but not limited to, organising board/board committee meetings, taking minutes of meeting, attending to board resolutions, ACRA filings, amongst other tasks assigned.
- Contributing to the management and growth of a team of effective professionals to serve clients’ needs, including work review, coaching and staff development.
- Providing advice to clients on corporate secretarial matters.
- Managing clients’ deliverables to ensure that agreed timeline is met.
