Responsibilities
- Manages the end-to-end bid process for bids from identification to award.
- Leads the development of technical and commercial proposals for the Middle East program management business.
- Set the strategic commercial direction including delivery models, risk appetite, pricing, and value proposition.
- Embeds the win strategy across the technical and commercial proposal.
- Works in partnership with senior leadership to develop winning pursuit strategies ensuring all elements are incorporated into proposals both technically and commercially.
- Prepares presentations required for the Risk Committee.
- Independently presents to the internal Risk committee for pursuits valued up to $50m.
- Works with other team members and bid studio staff to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled on time and fully aligned to the bid strategy.
