Manager – Client Relations (FM Manager)- Arabic speaker Responsibilities
- Effectively plan and manage onsite client relations, ensuring quality of service delivery as per client SLAs and QHSE standards for assigned client accounts through various FM activities, while focusing on profitability and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Manage individual client accounts, planning and allocating all resources to achieve effective manpower utilization and meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations, and implement appropriate standards and controls for efficient operations.
- Adhere to SLAs and QHSE standards/targets.
- Maintain account revenue and profitability.
- Track customer satisfaction scores.
- Track quality inspection scores.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, Operations, and clients to resolve enquiries and manage expectations professionally.
