Job Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams involved in joint‑venture and partnership investments or acquisitions, deal structuring, due diligence, transaction documentation, project finance, and equity sell‑downs or divestments, including engaging and managing third‑party service providers.
• Develop and manage financial models and project assumptions.
• Support negotiations and drafting of agreements and contracts.
• Manage engagement and negotiations with potential offtakers regarding PPAs and oversee competitive bidding processes such as GEA Programs.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, analyses, internal memos and papers for internal discussion, reporting to and approval by CIP’s senior management and governance bodies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
