Manager, CRM Analytics – responsible for ensuring the Marine Sales Community has access to reliable, actionable insights within Salesforce CRM. The role focuses on providing clear, in‑tool recommendations that enable data‑driven decision‑making and sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver roadmap actions for CRM Analytics and support the Sales Enablement and Excellence team.
  • Perform hands‑on development using CRM Analytics software and Salesforce reporting tools to deliver insights for 500+ users.
