The Manager – E-commerce & Marketplace is responsible for leading and optimizing the brand’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) online presence across key marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, etc.) and the brand’s own D2C website. This role plays a critical part in driving online revenue growth by ensuring seamless operations, high-performing product listings, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with hands-on execution to enhance customer experience, improve platform performance, and align cross-functional teams toward shared business goals. Reporting to the D2C Online Head, this position is central to the brand’s digital growth and operational excellence in the competitive kids’ wear e-commerce space.
