Manager General Outpatient Program

Summary:

The Manager of General Outpatient Program is responsible for coordinating the General Outpatient Services Department which includes outpatient counseling and medication management services. In addition the manager will coordinate the associated psychiatric rehab support services provided to both behavioral health and substance use outpatient program clients with serious mental health concerns to help them improve their functioning within their communities. The psychiatric rehabilitation services are provided by Psych Rehab Counselors Educational/Vocational Specialists Case Managers and Peer Specialists and include 1) coaching clients in social awareness and skill development; 2) improving relationships with family and friends; 3) providing opportunities for community integration; 4) learning skills to manage symptoms and improve daily living; and 5) accessing educational and vocational opportunities.
