Purpose of the role: In this role you are responsible for all HR activities, being actively involved in employee relations and primarily working in the Barcelona Hub Office. You will ensure healthy delivery and good governance of HR operations in Barcelona and Madrid, provide quality solutions for all HR management needs, and lead process‑improvement projects in line with Bunge’s global and regional HR strategy.

• Being the first point of contact for employees in the defined segment/function/site and responding effectively to employee grievances/needs by using HR Business Services, Centers of Excellence, and the HR BP network.
